The facility employs innovative solutions like ABB’s GateFramer assembly system and FlexTrack flexible rail setups, enabling maximum performance and seamless assembly. The production layout, meticulously designed since 2018, supports flexible co-production across multiple vehicle models without disrupting the assembly sequence. Notably, the process includes 72 high-strength, precision tack welds within this brief window, each weld requiring just 4–5 seconds.
